Stayed a month for the rate. Nice, quiet park without a lot of activities, but mostly seniors which was fine with us. Monthly sites were large with patios, and excellent water pressure and power. Older park, but being updated, but not a park for families with kids, but the best park for people with dogs, People that like to hike, to mountain bike, as there are miles and miles of trails off site. We would stay here again.

Stayed for 3 months for the this rate..very clean park....Dawn and Kevin were both very friendly and helpful...We were there in the off season, and park was not busy but found it to be very comfortable. The only negatives we would give it were the wifi left a lot to be desired as to reliablity, and lack of a patio. We have learned that having a patio is now at the top of our list because of mud on rainy days and dirt being tracked into rv. We would stay there again

I stayed here for 10 days. Check in was easy and everybody was very friendly. I don't think the check in people were to familiar with site requirements for a 40' class A. I told them i need wifi and open sky for sat tv. They put me on a uneven site that was hard to get into and they had to come and cut branches off trees to get me in. When i got in it was not level and trees blocked sat signal. I went back to office and after some checking came up with a great site. As usual they had lots to do for in season stuff but being there in October things were slowing down on activities which was fine with me as I am a single rver. Even though i am a koa member I will only use koa when no other choice is available as they are always on the higher end of the price scale. Being someone that wants wifi, a patio, pool and a level site then I am happy. I can't justify the high priced parks. I gave it a six as it is a nice park but could use a little work to make it easier for big rigs.
